Chakra Yoga Series with Josephine! Last Two Weeks! May 14 & 21, 3:30 – 5pm

One of Josephine’s favorite yoga practices is Chakra Yoga. She has looked at life through the lens of the energy body and the Chakras for decades. It has been a helpful lens in which to view life. The Chakras encompass every aspect of life and living from the daily details to the spiritual realm. Through this lens, all activities are infused with the heart energy of compassion. Josephine offers a 5 week series to allow 40 days of study and practice to entrench new habits and ways of looking at our lives. $90/5weeks or $20/week. The five weeks are: April 16-23, May 7-14-21 (no class April 30)

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a combination of traditional yoga poses done on the floor, and postures practiced using a soft fabric “trapeze” (called a “sling”) suspended at waist height. This is the same fabric that aerialists use in the circus, but in aerial yoga our body weight is distributed between the fabric and the floor, allowing us to access traditional yoga postures in new ways.
45 minutes of Slow Flow followed by 45 minutes of Aerial Yoga.
Zentangle

Zen Tangles at Aloha
Aloha will host their first Zen Tangles Experience this Saturday, May 17, 10:30-12:30. $20 includes all materials. Grace Buckman of First Light Zen Designs will guide us along. Aloha is hoping to get a group that enjoys creating zen tangle in community and hosting this group monthly. All are welcome!!! Come give it a try and be surprised.
