Outdoor Yoga with Josephine, TOMORROW
Our final outdoor class of summer ’25!
6pm, after class, please stay for a potluck! 

September 1, Labor Day, our last class: 6pm after class please stay for a pot luck bring a summer salad, lentil salad, kale salad, fruit salad, tossed salad, pasta salad, broccoli salad, any kind of yummy salad or cheese and apple slices or grapes. Josephine will bring cucumber water, chocolate cake and plates, cups, forks, napkins.

Slow Flow with Rennae

Thursday’s 5:30-6:45

Aloha has hosted a Slow Flow Yoga class each Thursday at 5:30. Every teacher has their unique flavor. Rennae is no exception. She is fun, compassionate, and always has a smile for each student. A new member of our aloha community recently said, “I found my teacher—EmojiEmoji EmojiRennae!!!” She teaches on Saturday mornings at 9 and now will add Thursday eve at 5:30. The new flavor begins September 4.

Goddess Yoga with Arielle

Goddess Yoga is a 90 minute women’s class (60 minutes of movement) where we practice the art of sacred and sensual feminine movement. Incorporating a few shared rituals we connect with ourselves, each other and the Divine Feminine. Dance inspired traditional yoga postures with heart and hip circles, some simple breath work, a dance with our shadow, throat chakra activation, somatic release, and more, Goddess Yoga has allowed many women to transform their lives positively by shifting their energy through the regular practice of moving our body’s and hearts in this way. No yoga experience necessary. It’s safe, powerful and fun! With Goddess Yoga you can expect to:

Vinyasa Yoga with Michelle Davis

Our beloved Michelle Davis, with her wealth of experience and knowledge about yoga is expanding her offerings at Aloha much to our delight. On Tuesday’s, beginning September 23, she will teach a vinyasa class. Be ready to work hard, grow stronger, and delight in the workings of the body. The class will be each week

4:30-5:40. Sign up for her first class of vinyasa to show your delight in this new offering.

Aerial Silks Yin Yoga with Michelle Davis

New Class!!!! Limited Space

Experience a soothing blend of Aerial Silks Yin Yoga, where you’ll gently stretch and relax using silks as a prop, perfect for all skill levels. The session concludes with a calming sound bath while you recline in the silks, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.


Friendly Announcement, there are two ways to know if a class is canceled:

  • If you are registered you will get a notification email or text message
  • Check vagaro before you leave to come to class. If the class is not a go, it will be taken off vagaro.
