Strong & Grounded Yoga
A yoga practice to improve strength and stability. Class will focus on classic yoga poses with pilates inspired mat work and elements of mobility training thrown in to build strength and balance through body awareness. Students will learn to work with their bodies and their edges building skills that transfer into grace and ease of movement in everyday life.
Welcome New Teacher Justina

Justina is a grounded and passionate yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience. Trained through the School Yoga Institute (200-hour certification) and certified in children’s yoga, she has guided students of all ages and abilities.
Rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body, Justina fosters a welcoming space that honors both stillness and joy. Her classes blend mindful movement with a lighthearted spirit, where quiet reflection and shared laughter naturally coexist.
A lifelong learner, she continues to evolve in her practice as both student and teacher. Off the mat, Justina enjoys life in Dublin, New Hampshire with her husband and their college-aged children.

This is a class for strengthening through yoga asanas/poses by including bands and stretching.

- If you are registered you will get a notification email or text message
- Check vagaro before you leave to come to class. If the class is not a go, it will be taken off vagaro.
