Sundays at Aloha! Get Your Yoga On
Aloha has two great classes to choose from.
One is early from 8:00-9:15. This is designed intentionally for church goers. So folks can get their yoga in before church as Becky, the teacher, does each week. The name of the class is Yoga with Assists. Becky being a retired PT knows the body’s musculature well. She provides gentle and spot on assists to help folks with alignment.
Liz teaches the second choice from 9:30-10:45. Her class is called Revive and Relax. An hour is spent in working to balance, strengthen and stretch the body, This is followed by a delicious savasana on the sacred day of the week. Liz teaches a set sequence which has the advantage that the body progresses with those 26 poses. And it is a GREAT sequence which the body will get used to and look forward to weekly.
Try them both or pick one and stick to it.

There will be 1 community class in July. On July 11, Josephine will teach from 4-5PM. This pairs beautifully with Yoga Nidra which will follow from 5:15-6 15. Caitlin will be teaching.

Friendly Announcement, there are two ways to know if a class is canceled:
- If you are registered you will get a notification email or text message
- Check vagaro before you leave to come to class. If the class is not a go, it will be taken off vagaro.
