Yin Yoga with Michelle!
New class every Thursday – 4 – 5 pm

Yin yoga is a specialized practice designed to strengthen connective tissue (your joint capsule, fascia, ligament, tendon & bone).
In this class students will experience long holds with yin postures, as well as a variety of traditional yoga poses to provide deep release of tension, improve balance, build strength, increase flexibility and improve range of motion.
Liz returns starting May 18

Revive and Relax is a tiered beginner sequence of asanas and breathing exercises. Designed to challenge every body, this practice promotes strength, flexibility, and balance and can reduce stress, improve focus and enhance mindfulness. This is a comprehensive 60-minute asana practice followed by guided deep relaxation with hands on assist.
