Tim Returns to Aloha with Two New Classes

He begins teaching Oct  8, 12-1, Lunchtime Un-Wind!

And 5:30-6:45 Moderately Vigorous Yoga. Teaching every Wednesday!

“LUNCHTIME UN-WIND”– Join long-time Hatha Yoga teacher, Tim Wichland, for a fun, hour long, frolically, non-traditional Yoga practice! We”ll groove to the fun tunes of yesteryear (Think 60’s – 90’s pop/rock/disco & Think fun mixed cassettes you used to make for your good friends or lovers!). We’ll enjoy a nice, all-levels, more active/vinyasa style yoga practice, with some spontaneous movement & dance sprinkled in. We’ll blast-away any mid-week stress and you’ll learn some great Hatha Yoga alignment along the way too! Joins us, each Wednesday, at High
Noon – for Our Lunchtime Un-Wind!
“MODERATE YOGA OR VINYASA YOGA” – This is a class geared towards more experienced Yoga practitioners (1-2+ years of regular practice). We will slowly learn detailed, Anusara-style alignment, we’ll explore classic & “Newer” yoga poses, sun salutations, unique Anusara variations inversions. etc! All the while — we’ll still enjoy a good, solid, well-rounded, yoga
practice with great warm-ups, cool downs, long holds, yogic wisdom, and much more! The Anusara style is whole other “rabbit hole” than other styles – experienced Yoginis/Yogis – come give something new a try! You might be glad you did!

Aerial Silks Yin Yoga with Michelle Davis

New Class!!!! Limited Space

Experience a soothing blend of Aerial Silks Yin Yoga, where you’ll gently stretch and relax using silks as a prop, perfect for all skill levels. The session concludes with a calming sound bath while you recline in the silks, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Check vagaro before you leave to come to class. If the class is not a go, it will be taken off vagaro.
