Slow Flow & Mobility
A steady, mindful class focused on warming the body through mobility work, gentle strength, and fluid movement. Classes begin with joint preparation and gradual warm-ups, then move into accessible, flowing sequences designed to support stability, range of motion, and ease. The emphasis is on how the body moves, creating a practice that feels supportive, grounding, and energizing without being rushed.
Thursdays 7-8pm
Slow Flow to Yin
A nourishing practice that blends gentle movement and deep rest. We’ll begin with slow, mindful flow to release tension and prepare the body, then transition into prolonged, supported Yin postures designed to gently deepen stretch in the fascia and connective tissues. This practice supports nervous system regulation and encourages deep relaxation, making it ideal for unwinding, softening, and resetting.

- Check vagaro before you leave to come to class. If the class is not a go, it will be taken off vagaro.
